Finishing Touches to Modern!
After the homeowners remodeled, they didn't know what to do with the banisters in the home. We converted the oil based stain to a urethane enamel using Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane. After extensive prep and sanding and proper priming, this high-traffic banister will stand the test of time!

Epoxy Pool Party!
Our local YMCA serves the community nearly around the clock, and their pool is one of the biggest in the area! We were honored to be able to recoat the Olympic and Therapy pools for our area athletes and rehab patients. After four days of prep, we coated the concrete surfaces with new epoxy, texture where needed, and new stripes! In a few days, it will be ready for new water and countless new memories!

Beach House
A new subdued color for this dining room (SW Whirlpool), transforms this space into a classy and updated aesthetic.

The Challenge
Shower rooms are the biggest challenge in painting. The environment is hot, wet, and nearly always fluctuating. Marine coatings that are submersed are not as challenging as these areas. Chipping and cracking are common even with the most discerning preparation. This coating was Pro Industrial Waterbased Epoxy over a prepared coating of MacroPoxy. Macro is commonly used in industrial settings with marginally prepared steel and extensively in the nuclear industry. As good as these coatings are, we'll be back. It's just the nature of the space.

Ceiling Repairs
Drywall repairs are common in residential projects! This particular ceiling was done on the fly as the homeowner had very limited time to repair and repaint. We chipped out old plaster in this case, layered fiberglass reinforcement and fast acting mud to build out the damage and repaint the kitchen, living room, and hallway in just two days.

Measured Beauty
This deck, foundation, and columns were repaired and repainted with care. Concrete block on this foundation was pretty rough in some areas, so we patched with quick-setting concrete, primed with PermaCrete, and ended with two coats of Acri-Shield giving it lasting protection and shine. The deck was done in Sherwin SuperDeck, where we added texture to combat slippery conditions in the winter. We also stayed within a budget not painting areas that the homeowner was comfortable with such as the front steps. Professional services are precise!

A 15 Year Homecoming
This home project was put off and put off until we got the call. We went right to work helping with color, and special considerations with the new gutters that were later installed. While this picture was still in process, the transformation was instantaneous. Our clients were thrilled with the results! This color was PPC Sage, in Acri-Shield Satin

Recoat and Recolor
This home was across the street from another one of our customers! They loved the color scheme so much that they closely copied the green accents! Difficult rooflines made this project exciting for the crew, but the results speak for themselves! Buttercup, Elida, Ohio

Good Morning!
Going from deep and dark colors to light and bright requires a priming coat! This way your colors really pop. This bedroom was painted in a very deep red custom color, but with the proper preparation, the new Sherwin Emerald in Classic Ivory greets our client in the morning with clarity and purpose!

Curated Columns
Not every project is massive in size, but that doesn't minimize the impact for the homeowner. This project was put off for some time due to a prolonged fight with cancer. Service is the ability to do something for someone who cannot do it for themselves, and we take this seriously! We coated the columns and a door not pictured in matching Emerald Urethane coatings for a durable and beautiful finish, but more importantly we helped to scratch a to-do off of the homeowner's list that had been there for years. If a picture is worth a thousand words, what is that sense of accomplishment worth?

Exterior Pools
These challenging projects are usually put off until it becomes a hazard. It shouldn't be this way, but let's face it. Painting pools sucks! We have invested in the tools and techniques to make this process as simple as a signature or two! After three days of prep and removing about 80 pounds of old epoxy chips, we were able to coat this pool and keep it dry long enough to cure! There will be endless memories made this summer with the grandchildren and friends. This is why we do what we do.

Shifting Cracks
While ceiling cracks need to repaired from leakage, this home in Wapakoneta suffered from foundation settlement. By reinforcing the drywall and repairing the crack we were able to restore peace of mind for our client. While this cracks can come back if the foundation is not suitably repaired, the short-term repair and recolor put our client at ease.

Basement Stairs
Our homes have basements for many great reasons such as storage, kids rooms, and storm security. The steps in these hallways can take a beating, and even become slippery. We recoated these steps and added some texture to prevent slipping. This along with five doors and the drywall in the staircase helped to revamp the space and add security.

General Contractors or Specialists?
Some years ago this lighting feature was built in by a handyman, who did the best job they could. After a couple years of wear, we were called out to repaint the failing paint. But when we looked at the nature of construction we had some ideas of our own on how to clean up the appearance. After proposing the idea for some accent lumber and recoating, the homeowner agreed to give this project a BOLD solution! The crew came through with some carpentry skills, and our client was THRILLED with the results!

Open Spaces
One of our favorite parts of our job is the psychology of color. The shades and locations of color profoundly affect our outlook and mood. This picture is a great example of how darker colors can be at once soothing and oppressive based on the location! You can even manipulate the way a space feels by color and shading to make the space feel bigger than it is. Light colors invite you to explore the space and open possibilities in busy areas of the house, while darker colors induce tranquility and mindfulness in the more private spaces of our homes. Color matters!

Colonial American
This repaint was over twenty years in the making. This homeowner traveled to Colonial Williamsburg in the mid 90's with plans to build a colonial replica home. After years of life's troubles, she was able to move into her dream home and slowly make her vision a reality. Using authentic Benjamin Moore Regal Select paints in true colors from Colonial Williamsburg, she had us start painting a few rooms as she could afford them on her fixed income. We were honored to repaint for this client in particular, as she lost most of her vision years ago and hasn't been able to enjoy her dream turned reality. We don't take this trust and dignity lightly.

The Circle of Color!
Commercial spaces are often subject to the demands of the people. In Churches this is still the case! The Children's Church hallway at Shawnee Alliance was repainted this year for the addition of Lifewise Academy facilities to further the churches' outreach opportunities. At NWPC, we paint for the purpose.

Coming of Age
This little girls' room was repainted for her thirteenth birthday! While new shelving options were not clear at the time, the new color brought a sophistication that will gently guide our young lady into confidence and peace.

Let's Dim the Lights!
This relaxing vacation home in Saint Mary's, Ohio had the living room toned down to showcase the new brass fixtures and stained lumber. The color is Sherwin Williams Sea Salt, one of the most popular colors of 2025.
